I have to be honest I heard Megadeth once and I didn't know it was Megadeth but I still thought it was awful. I don't claim to be an aficionado of this genre but Metallica get it. Probably as good as R.E.M.

I never understood the Metallica and Megadeth fans issue... They are both great bands (I prefer Metallica, but I also like some Megadeth stuff...) and if there was any trouble was between Metallica and Dave Mustaine - and they are both grown up, I'm sure they can get over it by themselves...! ;)
