Why would we be Jealous? They are building an unsustainable empire in the middle of a nearly uninhabitable piece of land. Once the oil runs out in about 30-40 years (which is Dubai's only major source of revenue) Dubai will become a complete ghost town. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out.
