Малый реверс - открытие створок реверса без увеличения оборотов. Используется для гашения избыточной скорости перед касанием. Часто пилоты подходят к полосе на завышенной скорости. Так безопаснее в случае возникновения порывов.

Did you notice that ...
Did you notice that the middle "thrust indicator" had a "pointer light" out at the top? Needs: R2'ed (that's removed and replaced :-) Probably everyone else has noticed (except I), but the flight engineer controls "the sticks", and the Aircraft Commander has both hands on the yoke; that's different. Noticed that in other TU-154 videos, as well. Do they do that in most all of their aircraft?

Их 2: малый и большой. Включаются и выключаются последовательно. Малый еще до касания передней стойкой. Затем большой до скорости где то 200. Затем опять малый до 140. Это чтобы нерезко самолет тормозил.
