ahh im all choked up. i know exactly how you feel. i have acne all over my face, back, chest, legs, arms and hips. the scarring is the worst though. its taken me 4 years to finally be referred to a dermatologist so we will see how that goes, i can't even wear clothes that expose any part of my skin and won't go anywhere or see anyone without makeup on. its hard having to miss events or not be able to wear the clothes i want!! I've been on retin a, antibiotics and everything, it is a nightmare!

I don't know what meds you use but I used to get back-acne and my dr gave me sommat that works! I live in the UK so I don't know if it is avaiable to you, but it's called Zineryt,it is a erythromycin-zinc solution (mouthful!). My dr told me only to use it on my back, but I did sometimes use it on my face and my skin was awesome! It is a liquid that you rub on your skin twice a day. Anyone with acne reading this should ask about it!!

i've been following your acne story, cystic is exactly what i'm going through now, this year is the second year i'm suffering from cyst, been on antibiotic (doxycycline) twice, and i'm on retin a treatment at this moment. the cyst comes and goes, right now i'm experiencing peel on my face, but the cyst is still there. i'm frustrated, but watching your video and what you have been gone through, i have faith back.thank you.

No idea if you check these comments BUT: Have you tried taking Cod Liver Oil? It's a natural source of vitamin A (which is in accutane--but the cod liver oil is safe) and vitamin D...A lot of beauty bloggers out there take it for their skin (kandee j, if you've heard of her, is a devotee). Seriously, google it and do some research. It's GREATLY helped my cystic acne. (and i've been on accutane...results didn't last...this works and it's much better for you).

This made me cry I did have it really bad and was bullied through the whole on primary school and now I'm 14 it's got better but no matter what I do they scare and it's on my mine 24/7 and I always think 'are they judging me' or 'how will I ever get a boyfriend' someone said to me once have you got chicken pox and it's sad but I don't leave the house without makeup even though my friends say that I look fine without it but they don't understand I love you xxxx

I have had a bit of ...
I have had a bit of trouble with crazy bad breakouts before, and even still, with permanent scarring. One thing that really helps me is forgetting its even there. I know it's very hard to do, but if you keep up with your daily cleansing regimen, eat healthy, and drink tons of water it will go away. I like to think of it psychologically as pimples wanting your attention. That's what helps me, especially with -keeping- a healthy diet and cleansing regimen. I hope it helps you as it does me!

aw cassie can we be best friends :c i do so know what u feel like, because i am going thought same thing! my skin looks like yours actually. and its not even that bad at the moment! i have blackheads, pimples, and ugh all i do is try to make it better and then my friends tell me its because i am eating too much fat? seriously? i eat in a healthy way because of my skin, i use so much time to make it better and i hate when people say that they know how i feel, right :// no, its horrible! ly cass x

I completely empathize with you! I had a similar instance at the grocery store. When a little boy sitting in a cart got a look at my makeupless ance scarred up face he yelled out, "MONSTER!!" Then he started making growling noises and waving his hands around. His mother has to "shush" him. I used the self checkout (like I always do whenever possible), got in my car, and just sat there and sobbed. God how I admire you for bearing your soul and bare skin! Endless amounts of thank yous to you!

hey my names jo and i have acne too and i am sorry you feel so upset about your skin.. i also feel stressed about it... I'm jst wondering but have you ever really tryed things you can find arround the house... for example toothpaste, baking soda, lemon jucie... these things help me a little... I have seen most of your videos and i can't afford some things ou get but this works and also hydrogen pyroxide works to kinda get all the backteria...
