what a silly test. no offence but you need to learn how cameras work. i mean come on! are you seriously trying to compare camera's in 2 completely different settings? its absolutely ridiculous. its like trying to compare 2 cars on fuel effiency but one car has 5 people seated in it and the other car has 1 person seated. the only thing the 5dmk2 is better at than the sony ex1 is achieving shallow depth of field due to a full frame sensor. but the ex1 is far superior in every other way.

0:35, raw untouched footage... Except one has manual WB setting and the other is automatic. The water is smoother on the left because the shutter speed is lower, so it mashes more frames together. BTW at 2:20 you're burning out the image. And the detail difference on water is again, the shutter speed settings.

These are two well different cameras in a number of ways and settings certainly differ them. I've used more Canons than Sony's but I'm personally a Sony fan hands down.
