Yes of course, the question is how? what other type of awareness should break the wave function, other then observing? We don't perceive sound as particles. we also can't smell sizes and 3d shapes. My only theory is that: Matter doesn't exist for a blind man and our brain is mysteriously wonderful to create dimensional reality and combine matter at the moment we touch it.
