You've really got it all wrong, China was destroyed by the West in the 1830's. Western culture means you adopt Western ideals to your culture which are: freedom of speech, self-criticism, tolerance towards minorities among others. An African country can indeed be a Western country if it accepts Western values. These ideals are what barbaric countries reject, which you seem to support.

I like how you say that. Yet the only reason why your Kenya is somewhat more successful than the average African country is all because of western influence. On the whole however, Africa is the least developed continent of all continents. China is also indeed successful only because of western influence.
