So, what does that all boil down to? Malcolm X was born Malcolm Little, and I think he truly believes in what he is preaching in this video, and I have to say I understand his point of view, but I also think a big part of why he wouldn't disclose his given "surname" was because the last name "Little" might have been a little demeaning and/or contain an inferior sense considering who he was and what he stood for. Maybe he was afraid the name would take away his control and power-fullness, which I think is very understandable.
