well, Visuel novel's have a pretty suportive fan base, and the maker's Support them (unlike some other type of Hobby company's ,such as Video game company' nexon. who only see's there buyer's as Money bringer's. Just like MLP with the brony comunity, VN producer's actuily do TRY to reach out to us, so im More then sure that there will be a sequel. Speaking of VN, have you heard of family project? Love Rainbow is a very recent game (April 2012) and is kinda a what if sequel to the visual novel. It has 3 choices,continue the story if you chose Kaede,Sia,or Primula. Now,by the feedback of the first novel(1.2 million copies sold) you would think that they would proudly make a sequel series. Oh well,maybe I'm looking to far into it...

it's only 24 ep's for a reason, The anime is bassed off of an Visuel novel (18+) Called Shuffle! (it's realy good) basicly the stroy revolves around the guy while you the reader can make his choices, thus leading to wich girl he end's up with. (including primula, (Warning, includes smex scenes) The anime, may have been a Promotional Item, aimed towards the Visuel novel to make buyers intrerested.
