Tried this and it didn't work for me. One of the greatest faults with SU is its ability to handle textures on anything but a flat surface. In 3ds max texturing is a breeze.

If the texture is applied to a Group or Component, there will be no 'Texture' in the right click menu. The geometry itself must have the texture you desire to be projected.

sorry, i'll be honest with you. this works. the problem is, i was getting too bored with your going back and forth, and i missed part of the tutorial. this is a great tutorial, but it's title is wrong. you should name it Tutorial for The DUMBEST. because, dude, you repeat the thing too many times. boring. --- for that I gave a dislike to this video.
