its amazing that when americans come to dubai they seem to forget not all muslims are terrorists... i have been to dubai and i have encountered most americans who are in construction and in all other walks of labour etc, im no millionaire but ive probably got more money than them...but the american ego is so big that i really need to put my own head up my ass.

You can take pics ...
You can take pics around the resort, but they may say something if its by the beach area. But hey theres no harm in trying...A word of advice, you cant just walk up to the Burj if you're not staying there...They will let you in if you have dinner, or are buying something from there etc...Enjoy!
