Yes it does! it damages your heart, your lunge and your whole body.Okay jokes byside. Okay, the Smoke can kill people, but only with an direct hit. It does not have AoE Damage, only smoke.

Yes but it must be a direct hit to kill a person, unlike the explosive round, smoke doesnt seem to have any splash damage (or it is not as large as the explosive round).
