God bless them both they are very talented. And you are never too old for ballet or dance. I'm 29 and taking ballet again. There is a woman in my class she has to be in her 60's. There is also a woman who takes tap where I take dance class who has to be in her 70's. You are never to old to dance. Don't let anyone say that

I've been dancing ...
I've been dancing for 12 years, and it's never too late to start so long as you're dedicated to it. You want to do it for fun, so don't let it take over your life. But, like any other sport/hobby, to get better at it you have to devote time to it. Find out about studios in your area and have your parents talk to the director/studio owner about signing up. In your free time, like while you're doing homework or watching T.V. you should do some easy stretches. It can make a world of difference.
