He is clear. He stole the chips from patrons so those chips are not logged unless they are moved thru to the vault or cash counters. the rfid is only for tracing fake chips and money ini/out of the vaults. chip id's are not linked to customers.

i am utterly astounded that there was not one security guard with any type of firearm to take this guy down, when he was running away or should i say jogging someone easly could have taken him out with 1 bullet or even tackle him from the side, now i know as a security guard myself we are not allowed to touch the robbers unless we know he can disarm them with 250% assurance there will be no trouble but this guy looked easy to take down.
