Lamborghini is owned by VW, so a lot of Lambo parts are made by VW : brakes, suspension,etc. However, as far as I know even though the engine might be designed by VW , it is built in the Lamborghini factory by their own employees. Mate, jets use FAR more than 3,000 HP. Take a look at an average 747, the HP produced by JUST on of the 4 engines is roughly 30,000 HP and that is just ONE engine of an average 747. The total HP produced when adding the power of all four engines is 120,000 HP. Sorry... but 3,000 HP is nothing like a JET. BTW Ferrari actually make their own engines and don't ask help form German engineers, I think you are confused with Lamborghini's which use Audi engines.
