That's true, but if you take a look at the areas marked and you'll probably find more about. The guide is a little out of date, and one of the last problems marked project v7/8 (it's probably v8) is the crack climbed in the video, well worth a visit! Most of the climbs were first done in trainers, and that's probably the best approach on some of them as you might need to leave quite quickly if spotted :)
