He has a BMW 3 series with a chevy LS1 V8 in it and it would get a good power to weight ratio out of it not to mention the engine is compact thanks to OHV so weight increase isnt an issue. So yea its light fast and would be loud.

It'll do 4 seconds flat. Alot of people make the mistake of spinning too much, thinking more right pedal means better 0-60, which is only the case with sticky street tires or full slicks, not stock rubber. A great 0-60 requires a little finesse with the clutch in these 5.0's on stock rubber.

Absolutely, I own a 2012 Boss 302 ( not the Laguna Seca). The car runs great, it's powerfull, the handling is great, the shifter is great, the recaro are realy comfortable. I just have Trackkey instaled. The coolest feature of trackkey is the Loopey Idle. When you open the baffle the car sound like a 60's muscle car. The lunch control is great to. With trackkey your cruise control button change to set a RPM to lunch the car properly

I cant wait until the new ZL1 camaro comes out and we can get an apples to apples comparison of the two companies NA cars. I think that the BOSS will blow the ZL1 out of the water just because of the weight difference of the two cars. I like the big displacement of the LS motor and wish ford would make an version of their 6.2 that revs and flows like the boss motor to compete with the ls7. But chevy cant get their act together and put ans LS7 in a camaro so i bet a 6.2 stang is a dream

With a centrifugal supercharger (which your Boss 302 engine is built to handle - it's got forged pistons, not just a forged crank and rods like the Mustang GT) on just 6 psi of boost, you will see over 500 horsepower at the rear wheels for cheap. Screw-type superchargers or roots-type superchargers are usually 7-8 grand, you can get a bolt-on centrifugal supercharger (ProCharger, Paxton etc.) for half that. You made a great choice with the Boss, it's a wicked-fast car and can be ALOT faster ;)
