Well I believe he did try to but Tom wouldn't budge and there wasn't anything he could do so he decided to just put it behind them and my father was in a new band as well so he tried to just make the best of things. The only real reason I posted that was because I was reading comments like "Tom Keifer was such an under rated writer" but he didn't write this which kind of made me mad lol.

Why didn't YOUR DAD say something to Tom about it while he was alive?? When Cinderella released the song, or the video, or something?? There had to be changes or something to the original song your dad wrote, for Tom to say he wrote it... You said Tom and your dad were friends until your dad died--do you think they would have remained friends if what you say is the whole truth? Just curious...
