I'm pretty sure there aren't many people who'd argue that Cage is one of the best in terms of technicality. But of course something being meaningful makes it good. If this is able to hit you hard, then it's good. I don't think this is a terrible song. But by the same token, it's hard to see it as terrible if you think it addresses good issues, or is cleverly written, or creepy, or whatever.
