Now that is a legit reason. I don't care what people like or dislike, but it really bugs me when people are always "--- is bad!!" and give no reason for the use. They just hop on the bandwagon to get attention like they know something. I don't really like Glee covers either since they lack original energy, are pitchy sometimes (for being professional), or don't really cover the song in their own original way. I do try to stay neutral in most cases though, but my dislike is similar to yours here.
