My generation is meaningless? Please enlighten me one how my one opinion reflects my entire generation please. All I'm trying to say is I liked the smashing pumpkins music pre 2000's. Billy went a different direction after, and while it's still good music, I just don't like it as much. Yeah they were dysfunctional but I liked it.

Well to suck ass they would have to be together. Truth is there hasn't been a full band collaboration since the 3rd studio album. Kind of harsh to judge a band by what its individual members have chosen to produce. Maybe it doesn't sound like Smashing Pumpkins (thats kind of the point). But thats what your teenage ass wants is a bunch of generic shit.
