Uh, Disney Channel has never aired Song of the South, that movie hasn't been seen in America since 1986 when it was last released in theater. What you probably saw were bits and clips of the movie, mainly the 'laughing place' scene and/or the 'Zip-a-dee-doo-dah' scene, which Disney Channel used to do proper before it became an exclusive 'tween' wasteland.

the sound is ...
the sound is terrible in this cartoon. not the quality of it, but in it's initial design. nothing syncs up well with the actual motion of the cartoon. this is why looney tunes will always be better than disney. sound came first. because it's the integration of sound and vision that makes it good; not just technical execution./
