hey i have a vizio 48in plasma tv and it wont turn on. the led is orange when power is in and when i turn it on it will turn green, but the screen will flash a few times and sometimes ill see a no signal flash on, but then it will turn off and the led will blink back and forth between orange and green does anyone know what i can do to fix it
