I'm a beginner not ...
I'm a beginner not physically active my entire life. I started with 85kg and now on week 6 and my current weight is 76kg. First 2 weeks were hell but I tried to modify the exercise if i cant do it. The 1st 4 weeks I can only follow around 50-60% but now I can do up to 80% of the whole workout. All I can say to beginners is, know your limit but keep going. You will only get better and better =)

In one of his video he says insanity isnt sexist. There are a lot of women in the videos who go harder than some of the men. I'd be careful though its hard on the knees

Tried this workout on thursday and it has to be the hardest thing that I have ever done. Now my legs hurt so much that I can't walk but I'm going to continue :)

I've never done this program. But no, it doesn't like like it is. If you want to get good cardio and muscular endurance while shredding fat and getting good, this program is geared for it. To "bulk up" you must first take in lots of clean food as well as lift heavy weights. You don't get big by doing lots of repetitions such as what is done in this video. High reps low weight = toned High weight low reps = Bulk. Hope that helps. :)

I could do this. I'm in pretty good shape. I run two miles a day and jump 3 hours a day. I actually did want to do this but my mom said is was way to expensive so i had to get ripped on my own

i would say you should be able to, I still do it in a knee brace because I have one weak knee myself. but the best way to know would be to check with your doctor or something
