You are wrong, dude. Originally KB Antonov was Russian company. But since 1952 when they moved to Ukraine most of engineering staff they hire in Ukraine. Basically, that's the reason why they moved to Kiev. Ukrainians designed and built this plane, so it's Ukrainian
