Depending on how dark you are, you have a natural sunscreen of like 9-30 SPF so a broad spectrum SPF 15 will usually do. Don't forget to reapply! Ps. Its often less obvious but you skin will age regardless of skin color. Protection from the sun will slow this down :-)
