I prefer rapid fire on pp9 because it becomes the most powerful smg except for pm9 but it has way more accuracy then the pm9. Start with scavenger because if u notice, he gets alot of double kills at the beginning of his streaks, that isn't likely to happen all the time so u need alot more ammo then u think. I start with scavenger pro and hardline or QuickDraw. Assassin can work too if ur still a noob, then I have SOH as my 2 kill then assassin like he has, then I put hardline if I don't have i

Don't use the FMGs ...
Don't use the FMGs with PP90, it's a waste, as both of the guns serves the same purpose (close quarters) I would suggest using MP9 with it.

The problem with ...
The problem with COD is they make some guns outstanding compared to others in their class. The PP90M1 has the fastest time to kill in the primary weapons category (Not including SG or SR) With Rapid Fire it's the fastest time to kill in the game (Not including SG, SR, and Akimbo) It's ridicules. But BF on the other hand is pretty much completely balanced.

Ugh guys... don't even aim down the sights and use Rapid Fire and Extended Mags. Add Steady Aim and you're PRO!!!... Trust me use it (with specialist)
