I can tell you that Ishimine in this song is referring to Okinawa, Japan. I use to live there and my tomodachis always have told me that she sings about her home in Okinawa. Wherever this is or whatever the translation is, this is a beautiful song. When I hear it, I always think of Okinawa and cry.
