I read somewhere that this whole video was staged in order to get people to think Billy Ray was much bigger than he actually was at the time. No one knew who he was when they shot this and they thought it would be a good idea to hire people to fill that arena and go nuts like he was some big star and apparently the ploy worked because he did indeed become a star. He's a great singer and he is from my area so I'm proud of him. Miley is only famous because she has a hot ass and her dad is cool.
