Now I'm not an expert on this crap, and admittedly I've only used one bolt action rifle before (a Mosin Nagant), but 15 to 20 seconds between rounds? That sounds way off to me. I don't see any reason for a trained sniper to take more than 10 seconds (if that) to reload a BA rifle, unless he's reloading the entire magazine. And if that's the case between his other shots chambering a new round should take 2~3 seconds tops (save for jams). Am I wrong?
