Agreed. I get what they were trying to do with DA2, but it just wasn't a strong game on its own. It felt so uncreative and phoned in. Even the logo sucks; Origins' logo was rusty and bloodstained and mirrored the game's tone well, while DA2's logo was nice and clean and polished, which mirrored that game perfectly. Too clean looking. The only changes I liked were the new Qunari look and the hero having a real voice.

Origins was by far the best by story, DA 2 was better by combat. If i had to choorse Orgins would win every time. Dawn of the Seeker looks dumb in animation. C'mon Bioware! you can do better, don't ruin such a good idea with this terrible movie. Even the Mabari hounds could come up with a better story!

DAO was the best RPG hands down. DA 2 lacked all of the wit, humor, and romance or DAO. The characters repeated all of the same lines and every dungeon/cave were also the same no matter where you went. The battles were so redundant that you couldn't wait for them to end. To me no comparison.

I loved Dragon Age 2, honest. But comparing it to Dragon Age: Origins is a joke. It doesn't feel like a full game, but at least it introduced (and reintroduced) a lot of solid characters. I hope we see Hawke again, maybe as a companion. :)
