I think it's really ...

I think it's really bad ass that he can actually hit a Digimon and hurt it! Also, i think it's the only way for him to do that because the other two trained under some dude, but he did it on his own! There is no daddy issue, it's a father that is "dead" and he's sad over it. What kind of ass are you if you told your friend that has lost his father to shut the hell up and stop with his dumb "daddy issues"? Annoying? .......dude, it's supposed to be humor. i know it was 7 M ago, but who cares

a mi me gusta esta temporada por lo menos digimon no es como pokemon que mantiene repitiendo, digimon siempre trata de cambiar la forma de hacer las cosas. lo que daño esta temporada fue el doblaje. yo me lo vi todo en japones cuando apenas lo sacaron y con solo escuchar el intro latino supe que los dobladores de hoy en dia no le ponen tanta pasión a su trabajo como los de antes.

I thought the "character development" in this series was overrated. I couldn't get into the characters even though it goes into their personalities and memories. Nothing felt strong like the interaction between Tai and Kari in season 1, Ken's history in season 2, Rika's relationship with her mother or Takato with Jeri in season 3, the twins in season 4, etc. Savers felt superficial and predictable in comparison and it's like they gave the characters tragic pasts for the sake of having them.

I don't get ppl's ...

I don't get ppl's objections to this season. sure it werne't no season 1 or 3, but fuck it it was a helluva lot more true to Digimon than season 4 was. was it bcos the main character could punch anything nad didn't have goggles? bcos his digimon was Agumon, surely that compensates

I never said it was better than the rest. I was just simply defending your hating on the fact that Marcus punches Digimon in his Series, when, like THEFRESHISHERE said, its at least better than the past humans who would just sit there & play cheerleader to their Digimon(except Tamers & Frontier)

Pff, I saw what you wrote, but it's funny how when people have such a biased opinion that they think they're right and are completely blind to eveything. "I've only cussed about once, and you've cussed multiple times", yeah right. I don't know where you pulled that out of. I know the term "grow a pair", but just because I'm not vile enough to use the term doesn't mean I'm a fool. And I don't know where you got the idea where you only said "ugh Digimon Savers", I KNOW you said WAY more than that.

woah never saw the comment. it's funny how I've cussed maybe once in this argument but you've cussed quite a few times, how am I telling folk that they're wrong, all I said was "ugh Digimon Savers" and you started :/ Also grow a pair is a pretty common term, if you aren't familiar with it then sorry but you're the fool.

- I'd say pokemon had waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay tooo tooo many episodes (AND SEASONS) compared to DIGIMON.... but you know what??? Digimon succeeds by not dumbing-down its storyline and life-threatning situations, compared to pokemon. As I recall, digimon only had 6 seasons... each are very different from one another (a little familiar territories, but its "not-so pretentious" character developments help move the story along, especially the brutal fight scenes with the digimons).

I'd say people are just butt-hurt into judging right away with this season... its meant to be intentionally funny and not take it TOOO seriously. The character development is still there. Overall This series is like what G-gundam had to offer to the GUNDAM FRANCHISE. Its meant to be fun, without taking itself too seriously.
