No, there were multiple bombings all across the world. Mostly the Eastern and Western parts of the USA. The central parts of America are mostly unknown except that we know that its populated with mutants with almost no humans. Russia and China were also bombed. Canada was bombed but not as much as America. No body has attempted to cross over into Canada for a very long time because the border is mostly slaver populated and because its guarded by an electric wall. No one can get in or out.

I hardly get to ...
I hardly get to play but when I do the cut scenes and intro look like a tiedyed oil slick. I'm glad it doesn't look that way while playing but the screen turns pitch black and I have to scribble it off with my cursor or refresh the screen by opening my pipboy. Thats annoying!
