You're right, but you also have to realize it is intentional PROPAGANDA by doing the exact opposite of what you said. By depicting women in a positive light, they are SURE to get everybody on board with the propaganda they are pushing in this song, which is that "To prove that women do not need to rely on men, women have to work 2x as hard." In a way, it is training women to take the "traditional" role of men as breadwinners while their man sits on their ass needing momma to take care of him.

Weather you like the song or not I think this is one of the 1st RAP videos in years that showed women as intelligent, hardworking, business women..It's unusual to see women portrayed in a positive manner and not shaking their ass on all over the video. Plus I'm currently going to school for Nursing and the black female doctor in the beginning of the video reminds me of myself someday.
