you can confirm???. ...

you can confirm???..it looks NOTHING like him!! (especially Michael Palin from the era of Do Not Adjust Your Set)..you and gulleyjim (who claims that it's Palin at 0:35) both have no recognition skills at all...imdb.com is chock full of misguided fools like yourselves who keep claiming to spot cameos by stars that look NOTHING like the person in question...man, I need to make more bar bets with guys like you

A cross between ' ...

A cross between 'The Train Kept A-Rollin' & 'Honey Hush' by Johnny Burnette. The Who was Antonioni's first choice for this scene, but they we're unavailable for the filming, so The Yardbirds we're offered it instead. Another fact about this scene, Jeff Beck begins the scene with a gibson les paul, then for the rest of the scene plays a hofner. Basically Beck didn't want to trash the les paul, and told Antonioni as much, so they opted to give Beck a cheaper hofner to smash instead.

The song is titled "Strollin' On" by The Yardbirds. Its based off the song called "Train Kept a Rollin ' On" by The Yardbirds. There was an issue with the record company about the use of the song in this movie so they re-recorded it for the movie with new lyrics. Plus a dual solo, one by Mr. Beck and the other by Mr. Page.
