i dont get it. how do i do an aerial? i could backflip front flip and side flip but when i do an aerial i just end up doing a side flip with my legs open,.............. help???? it feels weird and it dosnt look right. ( i run then jump on my left foot with my left arm swinging behind an my right leg lifting up fast.)

Okay one thing this ...
Okay one thing this video DID NOT mention was looking at the ground!!!!! They forgot how important that step is to learning this move. I don't know how to explain it, but when you do a one-handed cartwheel your head will turn to where your opposite foot will land. If your turn your head the same way when doing an aerial, you should get the basic movement down. The rest is whipping your legs up and around you.
