I've been living ...
I've been living alone for the past year now...I've definitely done a lot of healing being on my own due to self-therapy, and I also know myself far better than I did before. It's amazing what solitude can do sometimes. I used to feel like I HAD to have friends, and now, I'm perfectly content with being a friend with myself.

It's admirable that ...
It's admirable that anyone can be alone and not feel lonely. I've been living alone for 6 years and it sucks. As many look forward to the weekend, I dread them. I have no close friends, no place to go in this small town, and haven't dated in those 6 years; they call it involuntary celibacy. It's hard for me to watch this video because it depresses me and it feels unreal. People are so impersonal these days and God forbid you should talk about your feelings.
