The Dutch have much ...
The Dutch have much of the equipment needed to clean up the oil mess, but the US rejected the initial offer of help from the Dutch 3 days after the explosion. The US is now reconsidering the offer. The US needs to be much better prepared for oil spills like the Dutch are.
