The elements were already there in those rocks, however, due to Earth's smaller size at the time, many of the lighter elements escaped from the atmosphere, leaving the elements for liquid water, which later formed when Earth cooled down. Mountains formed due to tectonic plates (and the fact they exist is further proof of how Earth was formed). And, for the idea of the creation of life, that is beyond my personal knowledge. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
