no no no. he was deaf yes. but the music was always his muse and as a fellow musician you never lose your sound and focus. He knew where he was with the potential of sound. What he showed us was our ears are not really necessary. learn to listen

I'd say it's much ...

I'd say it's much more difficult than writing poetry while deaf, but certainly easier than painting the Mona Lisa while blind.

Do you still have this MIDI somewhere? I have downloaded Synthesia, and I wonder how the piece from 2:28 to 5:32 would sound if played on a piano. Of course I'll first have to investigate how to cut a MIDI in pieces...

I was waiting since ...

I was waiting since very long time to see this last movement with graphical. Thanks for your impressive work. Just a few remark : 1) according to me the best version of this symphony was performed by Karajan 30years ago and i would have really loved to see this version "smalized"... 2) there are so many voices/instrument that all colours and forms make confusion. Sometime i have the impress that we dont see enough some instrument and to much some other (for example fabulous part at 12min 55)

This movement is so beautiful that words alone may not describe.
