This was a good movie for it's time and is still worth watching.How the crew made it with the limited resources and obstacles they encountered making it,is a real credit to everyone involved.It's a pity the director didn't go on to make more movies he rightly deserved.But he was up against the fucken left wing government run film industry. Nothing has changed here in Australia.

Interesting point about the stunt. I always thought it was Grant Page. He was Australia's leading stunt man at the time, and did do a lot of stunts in the movie. Whilst i don't doubt you, it was probably like the chase scene in Bullitt- about 6 people are credited with that.
