People cant have any ideas of continents. There is only one geographically correct way. The problems start when due to political reasons it begins to change. We are not too far off when Central America and the Middle East will become "continents" by the looks of it. In most places there is a separation between what is a continent and what is a region. So as far as continents go there is just ONE America... and its with a capital A.
