1) Saturday, May 26: A naked man high on marijuana was shot to death by a Miami police officer at 2 p.m. Saturday, after he was found eating another man's face & wouldn't stop. Despite being ordered to back away by police & shot once, the assailant continued. The officer was then forced to fire half a dozen more shots to stop him. Police sources told CBS Miami that the victim had virtually no face left & was unrecognizable. Continued next comment...

Someone stoned on marijuana & can kill you with their hands, or eat you as in the case here." A coroner's toxicological report confirmed the attacker was high on marijuana. If it was legal at the federal level, the states would not be getting pressured, If the states legalized it then it would just be legal, plain and simple - federal law is whats complicating it because they refuse to aknoledge the science due to the fact they would lose substantial money in doing so, ron paul wants to end the federal prohibition so the STATES can choose... in the end, this IS it being "legal". :shrug:

Most of the reason states are so reluctant to pursue recreational legalization is because of extreme pressure from the federal government - Its such a strong influence OTHER COUNTRIES have even STOPPED and in many cased didn't even think about any type of legislation for legalization due to bribes (government "aid") paid to these countries. The federal government is using its authority to raid then send out memos saying "you could be next... we WILL come for you" basically to any1 considering it

Because we only complain about this on youtube, what happened to the good old revolution? The only one that fucks up for the users is the governments/the ones in charge. They legalize on state law but you can still be imprizoned on federal level. They are talking about decriminalization, meaning they still can fuck up your life even if it is verbally accepted.
