The Antonov 225 was never intended to be commercially viable. It was designed exclusively to carry the Buran soviet space shuttle on it's back. That's why they only made two of them.

Why would anybody want to make anything "bigger"? Antonov 225 is total financial disaster. Only 2 were built only 1 ever flown commercially. No chance in hell to ever recover R@D and production cost. Not even come close.
