this is what painting is all about ...good painting...rather than the trend to stiff and formal academic stylized....but then again ...it is also a matter of taste... Okay...this is the type of painting I prefer as compared to the stiff academic formal style...but I guess we can learn from all of them... This gentleman is extremely skilled and talented...They sure do get a great education in Russia.
