Could say something similar to you as well. There are still more people talking Chinese natively than all the English speaking nations combined. Language has a lot of hidden knowledge built in though, and it would be a true loss if we all abandoned our own languages in favor of English. But English makes an excellent 2nd language in that case. And I would advocate for everyone to be at least bi-lingual, including those speaking English natively.

Or we could be even simpler. ABANDON YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE AND LEARN ENGLISH ONLY. SIMPLE. After all, 99% of the world's knowledge is in English (or translated to English).
