You ate guys are YARDS. Signing a ticket doesn't mean you admit to the charge but simply states that you are going to show up on in court. If you don't sign it you may be placed under arrest. The guy refused if you listen carefully when he was in the car. The cop said place your hands behind your back and the guy started to walk back to his car. Don't turn your back call the officer crazy and refuse what he wants when he has his taser drawn. I'm not saying the officer was correct, but giving him dispute is what the issue is anyways. *tell me what i am being arrested for* he told you like 6 times you were speeding and you just had to sign the ticket. All you had to do was dispute the ticket if you checked the sign afterwards.
