aww thanks for the compliment :) I didn't fully understand this movie until the 3rd time about two years after my first watch. I had to do some outside research before I went back to it and viewed it w/ the proper glasses.. truly genius work of art.

Sam Gold is God...take away the L. This is based uopn the Qabalah, a system of enlightenment passed along orally between Jews. It is not a system exclusive to Jewish mystiscm and has a Greek correlative and probably has roots in ancient Egypt. The European version is often called hermetic Qabalah. It is not a belief system as such but a series of meditations on self, and the omnipotent moment we all share. Guy Richie has attempted to introduce some of these concepts into the subconscious.
