The tkb-517 can, plus some modern guns. The thing about the tkb-517 is that it uses a kiraly lever delayed blowback action, ergo there isn't the added recoil of the gas system, plus the initial pulse is reduced. It's also more reliable, cheaper to make, and came from about the same era that the ak came from, so the technology is made it was the same. The tkb-517 is by far the best total package.
