My take is that ...
My take is that once you have found a calling (something that ought to be improved in this world, and you now wish to center your life in addressing this); your reasons more than all else will be what allows your product or service to outshine equally qualified competition; and more importantly, these reasons (motivation, passion, insight) will be what's most important in inspiring others to join you in your quest.

Eg. he claims the ...
Eg. he claims the limbic system is 'responsible for all human behaviour'. This is simply not true at all. I have limited space to explain why here, so do some research if you want to know more. One example, in the form of a question is "Why then does a stroke in the frontal lobe affect behaviour and emotion?" Also, 'biology, not psychology'? He says that and then goes on about how parts of the brain are responsible for behaviour and emotion, etc. That's neuropsychology.
Sounds like a nice ...
Sounds like a nice business model. However I have a bone to pick. He's quite the salesman himself. The claims he makes here about the brain are very bold and not considered definitive fact. It is generally considered that there are 3 parts of the brain but his claim that they are so clearly delineated is unfounded. There is an ongoing debate about the circumscription of brain structures and functions.
Absolutely ...
Absolutely incredible video, such a simple and profound message. For those who are spending time slicing the Details of accurateness are still in the "I'll be an employee for the rest of my life" category and can't ever make it into the center "Why" circle of making things happen. Yes there were also other elements but if the "Why" is communicated effectively (along with integrity, consistency and value) then all else elementry

This is terrific. ...
This is terrific. But Sinek is wrong about King and the March on Washington. As I show in "Nobody Turn Me Around: A People's History of the 1963 March on Washington" (Beacon Press, 2010), the March was planned in great detail by Bayard Rustin. He led a two-month effort to enlist unions, schools, churches, civil rights organizations, and media; his staff booked buses and trains. The March succeeded not only because of King's "soul force" but also because of the movement's organizing capacity.
An explanation ...
